"El Coqu" is the VT Halter shipyard built 2 ships for the Crowley company's first sister ship. The 2 ship in line with Jones's new ship design speed of up to 22 knots, cargo capacity of about 2400TEU, also has a closed ro ro garage, parking nearly 400 vehicles.
The launching of "El Coqu" is the Crowley invested $550 million company fleet expansion and modernization project in the first ships, currently being carried out at the end of the building construction and testing, is expected in the second half of this year to start operations, its sister ship "Ta no" will be delivered in the first half of 2018.
